A woman was arrested Saturday afternoon after she barricaded herself inside a Hernando Beach home following a shooting, the sheriff's office said. The incident began around 3:00 p.m. near Flounder Drive and Flamingo Boulevard. SWAT teams eventually entered the home and arrested the 33-year-old Tabatha Mincieli Rowland, deputies said. Hernando County Sheriff's Office said one person was taken to a nearby hospital and two children who were inside the home were taken to a safe location.
