Police say they have arrested the man they were looking for who is accused of killing a 24-year-old during a shooting Sunday afternoon in Haines City. A 46-year-old man was also shot in the incident and taken to a nearby hospital, the Haines City Police Department said in an updated news release. He is in surgery but is expected to recover. Authorities say Kristavion Harris, 22, was taken into custody Monday evening at the Polk County Sheriff's Office Central District Office in Winter Haven. Harris was charged with second-degree murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and using or displaying a firearm during the commission of a felony.
