A teen is in the hospital after authorities said he was accidentally shot in the head when gunfire went off Wednesday afternoon at a home in Palm Harbor. The shooting occurred on Cheltenham Drive near Wynford Drive. The 15-year-old boy was transported to Tampa General Hospital as a trauma alert with a gunshot wound to the face, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office told 10 Tampa Bay. His wounds are said to be non-life-threatening and he's in stable condition.
