Description
Witnesses at Smyrna Dunes Park reported a reckless driver who plowed into the water after speeding past beachgoers and almost hitting a child on Saturday, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
The 26-year-old driver, Sarah Ramsammy, is being charged with "a DUI (0.153 BAC), reckless driving and failure to obey a traffic control device," per the Volusia Sheriff's Twitter page.
