The annual spelling competition's semifinals kick off on Wednesday, with the finalists competing for the grand prize the following night. It's the 95th year for the annual competition, started in 1925, with just three competitions skipped over the years (most recently in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic). But even if you aren't a spelling champ, you can still watch along to see the competitors spell some truly befuddling words.
