It's time for voters to cast their ballots in the runoff election for several seats on Tampa's City Council. Polls opened at 7 a.m. in Tampa and will remain open until 7 p.m. This runoff election will have four vacant city council seats up for grabs. All Tampa voters can vote for candidates in Districts 1, 2 and 3 while only residents living in the immediate area can vote for District 6.
