A 28-year-old man is behind bars after he shot at two people inside a car early Sunday morning at a McDonald's in Lakeland, authorities say. Calvin Sousa was charged with attempted first degree murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and improper exhibit of a firearm. At around 2:58 a.m., officers arrived at a McDonald's located on Frontage Road after receiving a report of gunshots being fired amid two men being involved in a physical fight, the Lakeland Police Department said in a news release.
