Tomasz Kosowski is accused of murdering a Tampa Bay attorney, Steven Cozzi, and there are a lot of questions as to why. Friends of Kosowski say he goes by Tom. Years ago on social media, his friends said he had a big following and was known as "Doctor Tampa Bay." That's when he was working for the Laufer Institute of Plastic Surgery in Clearwater.
