Description
St. Pete City Council is deciding whether to allow adding more units to some single-family homes within the city.
Property owners may be able to turn existing homes into quadplexes, no more than four units. It's the latest measure aimed to improve housing in the city amid skyrocketing rent. The proposal is getting mixed reactions from both sides. During an early March meeting, dozens of people spoke up during public comments.
