Peter Nemethy says he contacted the company, Platinum Pools and Spas, out of Largo three years ago. “The total contract was $242,556.50,” said Nemethy, who explained it was for a pool and a spa. “We had three equal draws of $72,000. Then, our final was $24,248.50.
