"It will be difficult," says Vienna's incumbent mayor, Michael Ludwig, during the inauguration of a new sports arena ahead of elections on Sunday. While Ludwig's Social Democrats -- which have ruled 'red' Vienna continuously since the end of World War II -- look set to win again, they could possibly see their worst result ever, with the far-right Freedom Party (FPOe) coming second.
