Canadians head to the polls in Toronto in a hotly contested election. "I need changes. I have my kids, grandkids coming, so at the end of the day, when you vote, you don’t vote for you alone, you are voting for the young ones, the future," says a voter. Another voter, a 19-year-old, says that she didn't expect Donald Trump to get elected in the US. "It kind of made me realize that you can’t just expect who you want to win, you have to go out and do it yourself," she adds. Canadians across six time zones are choosing a new leader to confront Donald Trump's trade war and annexation threats, which the US president renewed in a forceful election day message.
