Government pressure that led to the cancellation of a screening of a BBC documentary on the 2024 protests as "futile" given the views online, says Amnesty International. The organisation also calling on the National Police Service and the Kenya Defence Forces to "act and publicly state the actions" that they are taking following the findings of "Blood Parliament," which identifies security officers suspected of shooting protesters dead outside Kenya's parliament.
