Firefighters tackle a fire at an electrical substation in west London. Around 100 firefighers were involved in the incident with approximately 80 locals evacuated and taken to a rest centre. Patrick Goulbourne, Assistant Commissioner at London Fire Brigade, says that the fire has not affected the power supply to the area but that "operations will continue for some time to ensure that we fully extinguish the transformer and substation."
