"It's very hard that my husband is away," says Florence Mhlanga, whose husband, the Zimbabwean journalist Blessed Mhlanga, has been jailed since February 24. Speaking during an interview with AFP on World Press Freedom Day, Mhlanga describes her husband as "very dedicated with his work". Blessed Mhlanga was arrested on charges related to interviews he had conducted with Zimbabwean opposition figure Blessed Geza, who claims that President Emmerson Mnangagwa is aimed to stay in power after his term ends in 2028.
