Romania's far-right candidate George Simion took a comfortable lead in Sunday's first round of presidential elections, partial results for the rerun of last year's annulled ballot showed. "I know, I am experienced enough to know that victory in elections is not decided by exit polls, it cannot be engaged or declared based on these exit polls. We are waiting to count each vote, when all votes are counted and officially concluded we will discuss winners or losers," says Crin Antonescu, presidential candidate of Romania's ruling coalition PSD-PNL-UDMR.
