Residents say they have relocated to safer areas in the town of Poonch in Kashmir, close to the de facto border with Pakistan, after Indian and Pakistani forces exchanged heavy artillery fire. "We have not seen anything like this... We were scared, so we evacuated with our family." says local resident Humail Nadeem. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
