First responders in Gaza are warning their operations are at a near standstill, more than two months into a full Israeli blockade that has left food and fuel in severe shortage. "We are only working with 25% of the civil defence's capabilities... We have several cars across the governorates of the Gaza Strip but we need support with getting fuel so that we can heed citizens' calls," says Raed al-Dahshan, director of the civil defence for the Gaza governorate.
