Residents on the streets of Moscow express cautious optimism as a three-day ceasefire, ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin to coincide with the country's World War II commemorations, comes into effect. "I have hope that the truce is the first step towards a mutual agreement and understanding," says Lyudmila. Ukraine has accused Moscow of heavy drone fire in the eastern Kharkiv region.
