Description
Denver city leaders announced in January that the city had acquired the former Park Hill Golf Course at 35th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard and would turn it into a park. The city is trading Westside Investment Partners 145 acres of undeveloped land in Adams County near Denver International Airport. Appraisals value each piece of land at about $13 million.
Denver City Council on Monday approved the land swap. On June 2, a public hearing and final vote will be held on a proposal to rezone the land.
