The lawsuit comes after a nearly two-year investigation by Steve On Your Side that found more than 900 Colorado homeowners had signed MV Realty’s Homeowner Benefit Agreement (HBA). It offers a small promotional fee to the homeowner up front in exchange for signing the agreement promising to use an MV Realty broker as a listing agent should the homeowner ever decide to sell their home.
