A fast-casual restaurant chain celebrated its move to Colorado with a parade of longhorns. Mendocino Farms held a longhorn parade Wednesday morning through Cherry Creek North to commemorate the opening of its first restaurant location in Colorado. The new restaurant, located at 320 N.
