Charges have been dropped against three officers in the fatal shooting of Christian Glass, a court spokesperson confirmed on Wednesday. The charges were dropped in Clear Creek County for former Clear Creek County Deputy Tim Collins, Idaho Springs Police Officer Brittany Morrow and Colorado State Patrol Trooper Ryan Bennie. All three were set to go to trial over the next two months for not intervening to stop the shooting.
