A Westminster woman's early morning commute took a frightening turn when an unidentified object damaged her windshield while driving under an overpass, according to Westminster police. Roxanne Bingham was traveling east on Church Ranch Boulevard underneath the Zephyr Street overpass when something struck her vehicle from above. "It literally just like fell out of the sky," Bingham said.
