Jennifer King still can’t believe a Larimer County judge let her half-brother out of jail on no more than a $250 bail just weeks before police say he attacked and killed their mother. “It blows my mind. I am very, very mad.” Weeks before the Loveland Police Department say Michael Fuller killed Toni Fuller inside her home, Loveland Police arrested Fuller for, among other things, assault on a police officer.
