Cherry Hills Village Police officers have arrested a man believed to be connected to recent vehicle break-ins. According to the Cherry Hills Village Police Department (CHVPD), the two recent vehicle break-ins occurred within the span of a week. The incidents happened on March 25 and 29 in the parking lot of Three Pond Park where victims discovered their vehicle windows shattered and personal items stolen, according to the media release.
