Residents in a new build community in Larimer County are finally seeing action after a contractor allegedly took thousands of dollars for backyard projects that were never completed. John Moreno, owner of a company called "Get Er Done," was arrested last week on felony theft charges following a Steve On Your Side investigation. Multiple homeowners in The Ridge at Johnstown community reported that Moreno promised complete backyard renovations at attractive prices, collected full payments, performed minimal work, then disappeared.
