One of Denver's iconic celebrations of Black culture and freedom is scaling back it's festivities as sponsorships decline. The Juneteenth Music Festival (JMF) will shift to a single-day format, according to the JMF Corporation, the nonprofit behind the annual festival. The decision to scale-back the festival follows the loss of several long-time sponsors "amid shifting corporate priorities and a changing philanthropic landscape," the media release said.
