A former Polk County detention deputy was arrested after he allegedly inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl. Adrian Felix, 24, was employed by the sheriff's office since January. On Tuesday, he reportedly called a deputy who he knew and confessed to her that he touched the girl inappropriately and wanted to turn himself in. When a special victims detective spoke with Felix, officials said he wouldn't answer any questions about the incident. A female witness reportedly told deputies that the victim texted her Monday afternoon saying that Felix was acting "weird" toward her on Sunday night while she was at the couple's home. "The victim reported that Felix had touched her thighs, buttocks, and breasts over her clothing, and rubbed her back under her shirt," a news release read.
