After 10 Investigates broke multiple stories about a formal investigation into "toxic" workplace allegations and complaints against the former chief, the Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue has a new leader committed to change. Chief Ken Grimes is from Longboat Key and comes to the district with more than 45 years of experience, starting at 16 as a volunteer firefighter on the barrier island. He has also worked in South Florida to build a department on Key Biscayne and served as former director of Bayflite. He sat down with 10 Investigates to talk turnaround and vision.
