A woman was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries after a shooting just before 2 a.m. in Northeast Portland on Friday, Portland police said. Police officers found the woman "down but conscious" in a playground near Trinity Lutheran Church, near the intersection of Northeast 55th and Killingsworth. She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Portland police said. Police officers set up a perimeter, but the suspect had already gotten away. No one was immediately arrested.
