Outdoor recreationists have been warned to be on high alert for aggressive cow moose after three people were injured in separate attacks over the weekend in Park, Grand and Routt counties. The attacks, which all involved dogs, occurred between May 30 and June 1, prompting the Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials to remind hikers, especially those with pets, to use extra caution during calving season.
