Denver police arrested a man armed with a knife and a screwdriver after two officers were among three people who suffered injuries during a prolonged series of confrontations on Monday afternoon in the Cheesman Park neighborhood. Denver police identified the man arrested after "lengthy negotiations" as Cody Chiarelli, 31. He was being held without bail Tuesday on suspicion of attempted murder.
