Snow is still falling in the Colorado mountains with several inches along Rabbit Ears Pass where roads are slick and icy and it looked like the middle of winter on May 19, 2025. After very warm and dry conditions, May has brought cooler temperatures and a decent amount of snow to the Colorado mountains where it’s still coming down in places helping to slow the snowpack melt and maybe even add a little bit before condition start drying out again before Memorial Day weekend.
