Description
In 1964 Dancetime debuted on TV 8. It was San Diego's version of American Bandstand and local high school students danced on the show. This film was shot to promote the show. We added music to the silent film. It's truly amazing to see what high school life looked like so many years ago at Clairemont High School.
The movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High (and the book published first) was inspired by author Cameron Crowe's undercover research at Clairemont High School during the 1978-79 school year.
