Description
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa pushes back against President Donald Trump's allegations that his country is failing to address the killing of white farmers during a meeting in the Oval Office.
After a tense exchange between Trump and Ramaphosa, the South African leader tried to smooth things over with Trump, says he is sorry he doesn’t have a jet to offer.
“I’m sorry I don’t have a plane to give you," he said.
“If your country was offering the United States Air Force a plane, I would take it,” Trump said.
"We were taught by Nelson Mandela that whenever there are problems, we need to side down around a table and talk about it," Ramaphosa said later.
