One person is dead following a shooting in Northeast, DC. Police were called to 26th Street just outside of Charles Young Elementary School on Tuesday around 2 p.m. for reports of a shooting. Police Chief Pamela Smith said three people were caught on video getting out of a car and shooting a man. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspects' car was found three miles away in Fort Lincoln on fire. Police say the shot rang out just as an elementary school track meet started to get underway.
