Sunday will start with cloudy skies and scattered showers. Areas along and west of I-81 will see the heaviest rainfall though lunchtime. A Flood Watch has been issued for these areas. The DC region will see off and on showers throughout the day, but the chance for heavy downpours is low. A strong to severe storm threat moves in for the afternoon and evening.
