Description
Tropical Storm Cindy in the Atlantic Ocean is gradually weakening with increased exposure to strong wind shear and some dry air. Further weakening is expected in the coming days, and Cindy should fall apart by early this week. Cindy is set to move northwestward, then more northward, out in the open Atlantic around the periphery of the Bermuda High. Models indicate only some remnant moisture possibly moving towards Bermuda by midweek. It is not expected to move near the Caribbean Islands or the United States.
