Tropical Storms Bret and Cindy are facing unfavorable conditions for strengthening. Tropical Storm Bret continues its westward trek into the Caribbean Sea and should begin to weaken over the next 48 hours or so. By Sunday, there probably won't be much left of Bret, as it will get ripped apart by wind shear and dry air. Some remnant moisture associated with Bret looks to push into Central America early next week, though this will not be a concern.
