“What we had happen Sunday happened to us, not with us, and that makes it very hard to stomach,” New Orleans City Councilmember JP Morrell said.
Ten days after over 100,000 people across parishes abruptly lost power, city and state leaders asked the power company and grid operator what had happened and why no one had been warned.
