A cold front will push into the Deep South on Friday bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms on Friday afternoon and evening. Some heavy rain, gusty winds, and small hail are possible within the storms. It will be warm and humid with high temperatures near 90 degrees Friday afternoon. This weekend, much nicer weather will settle in with low humidity thanks to the cold front. It will still be warm with plenty of sunshine this weekend. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s on Saturday and Sunday. Nights and mornings will feel slightly cooler with morning low temperatures in the 60s north and near 70 degrees south.
