An alleged accomplice in the escape of inmate Lenton VanBuren has been arrested in Baton Rouge, according to police.
Investigators say Vi Duc Nguyen paid for the hotel room where VanBuren was hiding. Surveillance video from the Super 6 Inn and Suites in Baton Rouge shows Nguyen alongside a man who appears to be VanBuren.
