Additional surveillance: More footage shows escapees after the Orleans Justice Center jailbreak Surveillance footage obtained by WWL Louisiana shows three escaped inmates walking through Baronne Alley in downtown New Orleans at 2:10 a.m. on Friday, May 16 — just two hours after authorities say 10 inmates broke out of the Orleans Justice Center.
