A tropical wave in the Caribbean Sea has a low chance of development later this week. Debby is hanging on as a tropical storm as of late Tuesday. Its center has drifted back over warm waters in the western Atlantic. This will give it a little more fuel and allow it to keep pumping rain into Georgia and the Carolinas.
