A tropical wave in the Caribbean Sea has a low chance of development later this week. It will continue to bring a major flood threat up the East Coast this week. The storm will continue to slow down to a crawl and drench areas in Georgia and the Carolinas with a foot or more of rainfall. Some spots near Charleston could pick up over two feet of rain.
