Debby's path will steer to the northeast over Florida where a trough will be dropping between a break in high pressure. This setup should pull the system over Florida on Monday. The steering pattern could then turn much weaker which would keep the system slowly nudging over Georgia and the Carolinas through the middle of the work week.
