Meteorologist Payton Malone says there is still a lot that is unknown about what could become Tropical Storm Debby. The forecast for the tropical wave near the Greater Antilles, now designated as Invest 97, remains very tricky and uncertain. Right now, an unorganized, large tropical wave is moving over the northern Caribbean Islands. It won't do much Thursday or Friday, but by this weekend the wave is expected to move towards the eastern Gulf of Mexico and South Florida.
