Description
Our weather pattern remains similar through the weekend as temperatures stay warm and thunderstorms are possible.
Thursday warms to around 89 degrees with a feel like in the mid to upper 90s. Humidity is higher, but it's not as bad as early this week. A few afternoon thunderstorms are possible during the afternoon hours. These storms can produce heavy rain, lightning, gusty winds, and small hail.
Heading into Friday and the weekend, the chance for rain does look higher. A couple of disturbances will mix with the warm, humid air, leading to scattered thunderstorms during the daytime on Saturday and Sunday.
Next week, it looks like our heat ridge will build closer, and temperatures will increase back into the low 90s as the chance for rain decreases slightly.
