Pleasant and dry weather stays with us most of this week before warmth and some rain return to the forecast this coming weekend. First, Monday starts with a few light showers, but by midday, it will turn mostly dry with clearing skies late. It will also be cool and windy as a low-pressure system finally dives away from us to the southeast. High-pressure ridging returns midweek, so Tuesday and Wednesday will be sunny, cool, and very pleasant. We'll warm up into the 70s at the end of the week with more clouds around. Rain chances will stay slim.
